At Dream Big Interactive Initiative, we believe that every child deserves the inspiration, guidance, and tools to pursue their dreams. Our mission is to Build Up, Edify, and Encourage elementary-age students by equipping them with a clear roadmap for success.
Through a dynamic fusion of music, dance, and motivational storytelling, we create an engaging and immersive experience that sparks imagination, builds confidence, and empowers students to dream without limits. More than just entertainment, our program is a life-changing journey that instills key values of goal setting, perseverance, and self-belief.

Lance Thompson
A Billboard Top 100 songwriter (2017), Lance has been featured in The Creative Magazine, SB Magazine, and interviewed by KTBS and KTAL. Passionate about giving back to his community, he has performed at major events like Rockets Over the Red, The Red River Revel, Music Prize, and the Louisiana State Fair. His signature sound and style bridge generations, making a lasting impact through music and inspiration.
Vernae Ewing Thompson
With a BS in Marketing and an MBA, Vernae brings over 12 years of experience as a Commercial Sponsorship Director at Barksdale AFB. She has a diverse background in acting, writing, modeling, and film production, with published books inspired by her childhood love for storytelling. Married to singer/songwriter Lance Thompson, she continues to fuel creativity and inspire young minds through Dream Big Interactive Initiative.
